Delivery Time
All products ordered will be despatched within a 48 hour period. Our aim is to hold stock and have immediate access to most products on this site. Langys will advise by email or telephone any stock shortages or non availability. Allow 10 working days for delivery (depending upon address) from your order being dispatched.
Returns Policy
Goods may be returned for credit or exchange under the following conditions:
You must contact Langys by phone, fax or email to arrange for return. Returns (or notice of intention to return) will only be accepted within 7 days of your receipt of goods. All goods must be returned in original packing, unused and include details of the original invoice. Credit or exchanges will not be issued for damages occurring during the return of product to Langys. Delivery charges will not be refunded. All freight costs involved in getting the products back to Langys are at the customer’s expense. All Goods must be securely packed to avoid damage during return. A written explanation for reasons for returns and contact information must be provided.
