Credit or exchanges will not be issued for damages occurring during the return of product to Langys. Delivery charges will not be refunded. All freight costs involved in getting the products back to Langys are at the customer’s expense. All Goods must be securely packed to avoid damage during return. A written explanation for reasons for returns and contact information must be provided.
